Quick Login works across devices — your desktop browser, tablet, or mobile phone — and synchronises your account settings instantly. Whether you want to check your balance during a Liga 1 halftime break or join a blackjack table from your commute across Surabaya or Jakarta, Quick Login gets you into your account and funded wallet in seconds.

What Quick Login Is and Why We Built It

Quick Login on alexs removes the friction of traditional username-and-password authentication. After your initial account creation and identity verification, you can activate Quick Login by choosing a four-digit PIN or enabling biometric login (fingerprint or face recognition on compatible devices). The next time you open the alexs app or website, you enter your PIN or scan your fingerprint — that's it. You are logged in.

We built Quick Login because many of our players in Jakarta, Bandung, Medan, Semarang, and Surabaya access alexs multiple times per day — between work tasks, during sports events, or while commuting. Typing a strong password dozens of times per week creates fatigue and increases the chance of typing errors or shoulder-surfing exposure. A PIN or biometric unlock is faster and, in most cases, more secure because it is unique to your device.

Quick Login does not bypass security; it augments it. Behind the scenes, our platform still verifies your device, location, and session history. If we detect an unusual login pattern — a sudden change in location or time zone, or a login from a new device — we may request additional verification (a code sent to your phone number or email) before granting full access to your account and wallet.

Setting Up Quick Login on Your Primary Device

To enable Quick Login on alexs, log in normally with your email and password. Navigate to Account Settings, then Security, and select "Enable Quick Login." The platform will ask you to choose between PIN-based or biometric authentication. If you select PIN, enter a four-digit code twice to confirm. If you choose biometric, the system prompts you to scan your fingerprint or face — this happens entirely on your device and is never transmitted to alexs servers.

Once Quick Login is active, the next time you visit alexs you will see a login screen asking for your PIN or biometric scan. You will not need to enter your email or password unless you explicitly choose "Login with password" — a fallback option always available if your device's biometric sensor fails or you forget your PIN.

Quick Login is device-specific

Your PIN or biometric unlock is tied to the device on which you set it up. If you log in to alexs on a different phone or tablet, you will use traditional password authentication until you enable Quick Login on that device separately.

Multi-Device Quick Login Setup

Many alexs players use multiple devices — a desktop computer at home, a work laptop, and a personal mobile phone. You can enable Quick Login on each device independently. Your PIN can be the same or different across devices; we recommend using the same PIN for consistency, but the choice is yours. Each device stores the PIN locally in encrypted form; alexs servers never see your PIN in plain text.

If you want Quick Login on three devices, you will set it up three separate times. This approach means you have flexibility — if you lose your phone, Quick Login on your desktop and laptop remain active. You can still log into alexs via password if needed, and we can help you regain access to your lost device through account recovery.

Forgotten PIN Recovery

If you forget your Quick Login PIN, alexs offers multiple recovery paths. First, you can request a password-reset link via email — we send a secure link to your registered email address that lets you create a new password and reset your Quick Login PIN. This process takes a few minutes and requires you to answer a security question we set up during account creation.

Second, you can disable Quick Login temporarily via your Account Settings (if you remember your password). Once disabled, you log in with your standard email and password, then you can re-enable Quick Login and create a new PIN. If you have forgotten both your PIN and your password, contact our support team — they will verify your identity by checking your registered phone number and email, then help you regain access to your account.

Quick Login and Two-Factor Authentication

Quick Login works alongside two-factor authentication (2FA) on alexs. Even with Quick Login enabled, we may ask for a 2FA code (sent to your phone) if you attempt a high-risk action — such as withdrawing funds or changing your registered payment method. This layered approach keeps your account and wallet secure without adding friction to everyday login.

We recommend enabling 2FA on your alexs account if you have not already. The process is simple: navigate to Account Settings, select "Enable Two-Factor Authentication," and choose to receive codes via SMS (text message) or an authenticator app like Google Authenticator. Once enabled, any withdrawal or sensitive account change requires both your Quick Login PIN (or password) and a 2FA code.

Quick Login and Payment Integration

Your Quick Login credentials unlock your alexs account, but they do not directly access your payment methods. When you deposit via OVOe-wallet, mobile banking, or local payment, you still authorize that transaction within your e-wallet app — alexs never stores your payment app credentials. When you withdraw to online payment, e-wallet, or a bank transfer (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet), we use 2FA codes and identity verification to confirm the withdrawal, separate from Quick Login.

This separation is intentional. Quick Login is about convenient account access; payment security is handled by your bank or e-wallet provider and our independent 2FA system. If someone gains access to your Quick Login PIN, they cannot immediately drain your wallet because they would still need to pass 2FA and verify their identity.

What to Do If Your Device Is Lost or Stolen

If you lose the device on which you set up Quick Login on alexs, your account is not automatically locked — but you can disable Quick Login remotely. Log in from a different device using your email and password, navigate to Account Settings, and toggle "Disable Quick Login on all devices." This immediately invalidates all Quick Login sessions on all devices. The next time someone tries to log in on your lost phone, they will get an error.

After disabling Quick Login, log into alexs via password from your replacement device and re-enable Quick Login with a new PIN. If you have lost your password as well, use the password-reset link sent to your email. We also recommend reviewing your account's login history to see if there have been any unauthorized access attempts. This history is visible in your Account Settings under "Login Activity."

Quick Login on alexs is designed to be fast and secure — speed without sacrifice.

Quick Login Across Live Tables and Sportsbook

Once you have logged in via Quick Login on alexs, your session remains active across all platform features — live-dealer tables, sportsbook markets (Liga 1, Piala AFF, MotoGP), JILI slots, and esports betting. Your balance, open bets, and account settings synchronise in real time. If you place a bet on a Piala Indonesia match, then switch to a blackjack table, both actions pull from your unified IDR Wallet.

Your session timeout is configurable. By default, alexs logs you out after subject to verification of inactivity for security. You can adjust this to subject to verification, 1 hour, or 2 hours in your Account Settings. A shorter timeout reduces the risk if you leave your device unattended; a longer timeout is more convenient if you regularly step away from your phone during play.

Browser Quick Login and Cookies

On desktop, alexs Quick Login can work with browser cookies and local storage to keep you logged in across sessions — but only on devices you mark as "trusted." When you log in via Quick Login on a desktop browser, alexs offers a "Remember this device" checkbox. If you enable it, the next time you visit alexs in that browser, you will be presented with your PIN entry screen without having to navigate to a login page. This is especially useful for home computers or personal devices.

We do not recommend enabling "Remember this device" on shared computers or public machines. If you are on a shared device, always uncheck that box, and manually log out when you are finished using alexs. You can review which devices alexs remembers in your Account Settings under "Trusted Devices" — remove any device you no longer use or trust.

Updating Your Quick Login PIN

You can change your Quick Login PIN anytime in Account Settings. Select "Change Quick Login PIN," enter your current PIN once, then enter your new four-digit PIN twice. The change takes effect immediately on that device. If you want to update your PIN on other devices where you have enabled Quick Login, you will need to disable and re-enable Quick Login on each device separately, or contact support for bulk PIN reset assistance.

We recommend changing your PIN if you suspect it has been compromised, or periodically (every few months) as a security best practice. Unlike passwords, PINs are short and memorable, so changing them regularly is feasible without creating new security risks.
